HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY (March 10, 2022) — Just in time for the 2022 spring baseball and softball seasons, Babe Ruth League and MOJO today announced a multi-year partnership to bring world-class baseball and softball coaching tools and high quality instructional videos to one of the largest youth baseball and softball organizations in the country.
Featuring hundreds of videos made in partnership with Major League Baseball, the award-winning MOJO app empowers Babe Ruth coaches to plan fun, effective baseball or softball practices in seconds, with activities that are customizable for the age, skill level, and preferences of each team and player. More than 85 percent of coaches who have used the MOJO app say that their players are more likely to keep playing the game due to their positive, successful experience.
“The MOJO app puts the fun back in baseball and softball practice,” said Steven Tellefsen, President and CEO, Babe Ruth League. “When practice is fun, young players not only learn skills, they learn to love the game. And when you put kids first, you change the game for everyone.”
“MOJO is honored to team up with Babe Ruth League, and its one million youth baseball and softball players,” said Tom Arnett, Chief Customer Officer at MOJO. “These young players are the future of baseball and softball, and MOJO is here to make sure their first experience of America’s pastime is nothing short of the very best, with world-class, age-appropriate training and a focus on fun.”
Babe Ruth coaches around the world will have access to the MOJO app for free, and coaches, players and families alike can upgrade to MOJO+ for access to a library of games, activities and drills to help players develop skills and have fun outside of practice.
The MOJO app is available on iOS and Android platforms. To learn more about MOJO, visit mojo.sport or follow MOJO on social media via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.To learn more about how MOJO can help your league or organization, visit www.mojo.sport/organizations.
